Halloween 2012

Halloween was awesome! The boys were so freakin cute in their costumes! We also got to share Halloween with our friends, the Gor's and Grandma!

We always pick out our pumpkins at the Methodist church near our house, Carson still asks where the pumpkins are when we drive by :)

Daddy did an Angry Bird pumpkin!

Dollywood 2012

I was a Dollywood 1st timer, and I must say it was a great park! I had a blast; we went with Cory's side of the family back in October. Carson has so many cousins on that side of the fam, so he always has a great time. It was neat to see him experience the mountains as well.

Beach 2012

This trip was bittersweet, Carson had an AMAZING time; it was so great to experience the beach in his eyes at this age. We went with Nana, Papa, Aunt Caroline and cousin Andrew. Carson and Andrew bonded through a lot of football tossing and wrestling.  Onto Colin, oy.......poor thing was cutting four teeth at once for a few months and he was so clingy. He wouldn't let anyone else handle him but me...so that made relaxation a bit tough......it was even worse that he didn't understand how to not get sand in his eyes and he would not keep his sunglasses on. I think I next trip will be so much better with them both being a bit older.

Cory and Andrew found hundreds of hermit crabs in the ocean....literally! It was amazing!

Here are Carson and Andrew at the Fabulous Wolf Bay Lodge, our family's favorite restaurant!

Sea N Suds...Another favorite!

We also went to the Race track so Carson could ride Go-carts, that was SO fun, and they also had tiny carnival area where the kiddos could ride some more rides.

Random Summer Day

I am loving looking back through these pictures......this was just a plain ol' day in the back yard playing baseball and football. I am kinda getting ready for the warm weather now.....there are so many more ways to get the energy out of these busy boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Colin's 1st haircut

Colin got his first haircut when he was about 11 months, he did pretty well. I always have candy for bribing...makes it so much easier! I am hoping he loves haircuts as much as Carson...Carson begs me to get a haircut ALL the time! He sits there so grown up and talks to the person the whole time!

Where we left off....Colin ONE, Carson THREE

We had a Baseball themed double Birthday Party, everything came together so cute and we had so much fun making it a special day for the boys!

Carson insisted on having a Jersey on his cake.....it turned out really well.  Also, when I was half way done decorating that morning, Carson told me it wasn't enough, but I assured him I still had more work to do...haha. I love birthday planning!

The only family picture we could manage to get....

Colin loved his very 1st Birthday cake! His favorite part was squishing it :)

Happy Birthday sweet baby boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soooo......

It's been quite a while since I have blogged, but I really love looking back at tiny Carson, and I want to do the same for Colin, and I just want more documentation of our lives in general. I keep saying I am going to start blogging again...but it's just never the priority, so I thought I would say it here, then I would HAVE to haha! I will probably just pick up where I left off, so please excuse all of the "catch up" posts to come :)
